Nudura Renaissance Condos

The Renaissance condo in Winnipeg. It is the fourth tallest ICF building in Canada (not including the 34’ of wall below grade) and the Tallest ICF structure in all of Western Canada. Nudura ICF was used to construct all the above and below-grade exterior walls, demising walls, and elevator shaft.
The underground parking garage, and the flood wall that extends 34 feet below grade utilized 10” core forms and related accessories. The tower ( exterior, demising and elevator shaft walls utilized 6” core forms and related accessories. The contractor purchased a set of 12’ plumwall bracing from us for the project.
