Fibercast® 500

Fibercast® 500 for precast, is a micro-reinforcement system for concrete. It is 100% virgin homopolymer polypropylene fibres made specifically for the precast market.

 

Accepted by national codes as an alternate method of secondary reinforcing to traditional systems. It is non-magnetic, rustproof, Alkali proof, requires no minimum amount f concrete cover, and is always positioned in compliance with codes. Fibercast® is safe and easy to use, and reduces construction time.

 

Features:

  • Alternate construction system to traditional reinforcement commonly used for secondary (crack control) reinforcing in concrete.
  • Inhibits and controls the formation of intrinsic cracking in concrete.
