ROYAL BANK BUILDING RENOVATION
A curtain wall system was used to update the look and energy efficiency of a 50 year old concrete structure in British Columbia.

50 year old CIP Concrete Structure that was deteriorating. The owner wanted to increase energy efficiency and update the look of the structure. A curtain wall system was decided upon. The building was out of plumb and out of square so an adjustable structural steel exoskeleton was designed and installed, with the curtain wall system subsequently being hung from the structural steel.
