The Promotion runs from August 1, 2016 through September 30, 2016. Purchases must be received and approved by Brock White Company Canada LLC between 12:00 a.m. CST August 1, 2016 and 11:59 p.m. CST on September 30, 2016. Offer applies to online purchases only for orders shipped within Canada excluding Quebec. Purchases are subject to Brock White Canada Company LLC’s Terms of Sale.

The Promotion is available to all customers who check out with a Brock White account. Employees of Brock White are not eligible for the promotion. The qualifying purchase for the contest is defined as a single order that totals $1000.00 or more (excluding taxes and shipping) on BrockWhite.ca. Limit one contest entry per qualified Customer, per account. One entry per project. All returns will be deducted from the sales total amounts. Previous sales will not be eligible. No purchase necessary. Requests for contest entries can be made in writing to Marketing Department, Brock White Canada Company LLC 7678 132 Street Surrey, BC V3W 4M9.

One prize will be awarded. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of qualified orders and entries received during the promotion period. The value of the prize is $1000.00 CAD. Substitutions, cash redemptions or transfers of gifts are not permitted except at the Brock White VP of Sales sole discretion.

Delivery of the prize will be performed after order validation. Brock White reserves the right to alter the rules at any time. Brock White reserves the right to correct an error. Winner must sign a release provided by Brock White and must answer a skill testing question. By accepting a prize, the winner consents to the use by The Co-operators of his or her name, place of business, voice, statements, photographs, or other likenesses for publicity, advertising or informational purposes in any medium or format without further compensation or notice.

All federal, provincial/state and local taxes, and all other costs associated with acceptance or use of the prize are the sole are responsibility of the winner. One winner will be selected by a random draw. Draw will take place at 12:00 noon on Friday October 7, 2016 at Vancouver, BC. Winner will be notified by email, mail or telephone. The prize will either be mailed out or given to the customer by a Brock White sales representative. Arrangements for delivery of prizes will be performed after winner validation. Please allow 4-6 weeks after promotion end date for delivery.

To receive the prize, the customer must be over the age of 18. If entering a trade promotion or acceptance by you of a free gift is a violation of your company’s policies, do not participate in this promotion.

The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations in Canada. Void elsewhere and where prohibited by law.
